Mental coaching, 15 competence points (osp)

Study the planning, implementation and evaluation of mental coaching in a practical, hands-on way. On the course, you will learn how to carry out a psychological analysis of a sport and of an athlete. Based on these analyses, you will draw up a mental coaching plan, put it into practice and evaluate the success of the coaching process together with the athlete and through your own self-reflection.

The course is delivered as blended learning, combining online teaching, face-to-face teaching, independent study and use of the VK-Kustannus e-library.
