Traditional treatment for body and mind
Kalevala bone setting is a traditional Finnish manual therapy that relaxes the body and promotes all-round wellbeing. The treatment is based on gentle handling of the soft tissues, realigning the joint surfaces, and stretching the fascia (the membranes covering the muscles) and connective tissue. At the same time, it frees up nerve function and the circulation of nutrients, and revitalises venous and lymphatic circulation in the tissues.
The treatment is for you if you suffer from muscle tightness, tension or restricted mobility, or if you want to look after your body’s wellbeing preventively. We will assess your situation together at your appointment.
Treatment duration and price

In Pajulahti’s main building, Kalevala bone setting is provided by trained massage therapist and Kalevala bone setter Sami Lehtomäki (qualified as a massage therapist in 2015 and as a Kalevala bone setter in 2022).
