Mental Coaching 15 osp

Study the planning, implementation and evaluation of mental coaching in a practical way. In the training, you will familiarise yourself with mental sport analysis and athlete analysis. Based on the analyses, you will draw up a mental coaching plan, implement it in practice and assess the success of the coaching process together with the athlete and with the help of your own self-reflection.

The training is implemented as blended learning, which includes online teaching, contact teaching, independent study and the use of VK-Kustannus’s e-library.

Koulutukseen voi osallistua kahdella tavalla

You participate in teaching
You can participate in the training without the status of a degree student. You will receive a certificate of participation in the studies after completing the training.
You complete a part of the degree
You can complete the Vocational Qualification in Physical Education and Coaching (PE) Mental Coaching 15 credits. Completing the module requires the personalisation of studies (PCDP) and completion of a demonstration. The practices are agreed separately with the teacher.

Individual tutoring: 1 hour per student

During the contact teaching day, a demonstration process will also be launched.
