Online shop terms of order, booking and delivery
Business customers
Purchases made through the online shop cannot be paid by invoice. If you would like to make bookings or purchases on invoice, please contact the Kisakallio or Pajulahti sales team directly before placing your order.
Ordering and formation of the contract
Products and services are selected in the online shop by adding them to the basket. The order moves on to payment when you proceed through the checkout to the payment service provider. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms, the product prices and any other order charges.
A valid email address is required to place an order. The online shop sends an automatic order confirmation by email immediately after a successful payment. The order confirmation serves as the receipt for your purchase and shows the products ordered, the service dates and times, and the price with a VAT breakdown.
Payment methods and payment processing
Payments in the online shop are processed by the payment service provider Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.
The following payment methods are available:
Online banking: All major Finnish banks, via Paytrail Oyj. The payment is debited directly from the customer’s account in a secure online banking environment.
Payment cards: The most common debit and credit cards.
Benefit payment methods: ePassi (sport and meal benefits) and other electronic employee benefits specified separately in the online shop, for eligible products or services.
All refunds (for example in the event of a cancellation) are made by the sports academy, primarily to the payment method the customer used when placing the order.
Booking and cancellation terms
Services purchased from the online shop, such as courses, holidays, court bookings and equipment hire, must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Court bookings, equipment hire (e.g. bikes) and admission tickets
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, leisure, entertainment and sports services tied to a specific date or period are not covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling. Court bookings, bike and equipment hire, and admission tickets (such as Adventure Park tickets) purchased from the online shop are therefore binding as a rule.
Changes requested by the customer
We understand that plans – or the weather, for example – can change. It is often possible to move a booking to another time or to cancel it, provided the customer contacts the reception of the campus concerned as soon as possible before the booked time begins. A booking can no longer be changed or cancelled once the booked time has started or ended.
Cancellations by the sports academy
If the sports academy has to cancel a booked slot or close a service (for example the Adventure Park) for safety reasons, due to sudden severe weather (such as thunderstorms or storms) or due to another event beyond its control (force majeure), the customer will primarily be offered a transfer of the booking/ticket to another time or, alternatively, a full refund of the amount paid to the payment method the customer used.
All requests concerning cancellations and transfers should be sent directly to the customer service team of the campus concerned.
Liability for defects and complaints
The sports academy has statutory liability for defects in the products and services it sells. If a product or service is defective, please contact our customer service without delay (Pajulahti campus: pajulahti@kolmekampusta.fi or Kisakallio campus: kisakallio@kolmekampusta.fi) so that we can put it right or compensate you.
